Pernod Ricard Tablet-Optimized Salesforce CRM

Digital transformation in tandem with complete organizational mobile transformation. As mobile strategist for Pernod Ricard USA, I guided IT and the c-suite of this leading spirits & wine company in the adoption and deployment of tools to enhance sales, marketing and production. First I devised & led implementation of a comprehensive mobile technology strategy touching all aspects of operations. The highlight of their mobility transformation was the conception and development of a custom, tablet-optimized, cloud-based Salesforce CRM solution to support the field sales and marketing forces – I managed this effort and coordinated a large multifunctional team to devise the workflows and connect the engineers with sales execs.

I had particular influence over technology, user-experience and interface design, including integration of data warehouse and analytics, social media and internal social network (Chatter). At the time, tablet computing was still a novelty and not fully supported by Salesforce. We designed, wireframed and developed an iPad/iPhone custom platform to seamlessly integrate with Salesforce cloud and our infrastructure. The world class technology platform and strategy we devised for the North American operation was quickly deployed to other operating regions worldwide.
